Francisco Marquez is a Lawyer and former political prisoner. He was Chief of Staff of the mayor of El Hatillo municipality in Miranda, Venezuela . He is a non-resident Fellow at the Ash Harvard Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation and also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Harvard University.
