I am known as an insatiable learner and for being a forward-leaning, innovative leader in technology, data, and analytics. I am excited to be part of Capital One’s transformation journey as a mission-driven, technology-powered organization.

I lead a horizontal team within Capital One’s Credit Card business. We are in charge of digital marketing, customer management, fraud, data science, and technology transformation. We serve the needs of external customers and internal users by generating insights and building products and platforms through the application of Agile, design thinking, machine learning and AI.

I have an extensive background in consumer financial services, analytics and data science, risk management, and technology. Earlier in my career I helped build Capital One’s Canadian business into an enduring and successful franchise. I led the launch of our mission and strategy in our Mainstreet Card segment and ran new customer acquisitions for our US Card business.
