Why did you decide to volunteer with the MITCNC?
I have been attending a lot of events in the past year and had gotten a lot out of them. I wanted to give back by volunteering and providing the same experiences and resources for other people.
Tell us a bit about your role with the MITCNC. What are your responsibilities in this position?
I am one of the co-chair for the MIT Computing Conference. My responsibility is to bring top talents in the computing fields together and enable everyone to share and connect via this conference.
What exciting things can we expect to see from your area of focus in the coming months? (e.g., social events, speakers, etc.)
The MIT Computing Conference will be held on 9/14 in Palo Alto!
Describe one of your most memorable MIT moments.
During my sophomore year, my friends and I pulled a all-nighter studying in Baker and then spontaneously decided to get a cab to go to iHop in Harvard school at 4AM in the morning. We had ordered all you can eat pancakes and I had never had so many pancakes in my life. We couldn’t find any cab after we were done, so we had to walk back to the campus in the middle of a crazy snow storm. It was so much fun.
