Min Alexander serves as GM and COO for Auction.com, a Thomas H. Lee Partners company and the nation’s leading marketplace for residential real estate.

Over the past eight years, Min has led two national platforms, national field operations and a top-10 U.S. brokerage, transforming the industry to increase access, quality and transparency in the lifecycle of real estate. Min started her career as a financial services strategist at Accenture. Prior to joining Auction.com, she served as CEO and President of REALHome Services and Solutions and as SVP of Real Estate Services at Altisource Portfolio Solutions (NASDAQ: ASPS). She brings 20 years of experience as a real estate technology executive, private equity fund manager and institutional investor.

With a focus on automation, scaled platform development and advanced data science applications, she has built and led high performing teams in the U.S., Europe and Asia to drive strategic and operational transformations for growth companies.

Min holds a BA from Duke University and MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She has served on the boards of the Cambridge Health Alliance and the National Association of Women in Real Estate Businesses.
