Karpagam is a co-founder of eKryp. eKryp is a Field Service application for manufacturers to make sure the right services planning is done so that the right person can be with the right part in the right place and time. We currently automate incident and symptom categorization, service rep assignment, device failure prediction, dispatch technician assignment, resolution optimization, repair vs. refresh, warranty and parts planning. Our case studies so far have identified new revenue growth opportunities, reduced service costs by over 30% and lowered parts inventory by 10%.

Karpagam believes in having people of different attitudes and aptitudes in AI and is a sought out speaker in several AI, IOT and Entrepreneurship conferences. Prior to eKryp, she was a Founder and President of Paloras Corporation, an install base analytics company. Paloras was recognized as a Top 100 company (by Revenue) by the San Francisco Business Times in 2014 and 2013.
