Why did you decide to volunteer with the MITCNC?

I am a great believer in the power of communities to transform lives and make an impact. Designing community constructs, such as MIT Circles, to help our community thrive by learning from, supporting, and inspiring one another is a personal passion of mine.

Tell us a bit about your role with the MITCNC. What are your responsibilities in this position?

Founded MIT Circles, a program designed to give alums the opportunity to learn from, support, and inspire one another while cultivating meaningful relationships within the community.

Circles are groups of 7-10 MIT Alumni who meet regularly to help one another grow personally and professionally by exchanging advice and perspectives in a trusted forum of peers acting as a personal board of directors.

What exciting things can we expect to see from your area of focus in the coming months? (e.g., social events, speakers, etc.)

MIT Circles is kicking-off over the next few weeks!

Describe one of your most memorable MIT moments.

MIT’s hacking tradition and pranks have always been inspiring to me, as they brilliantly convey the ingenuity, playfulness, and execution capabilities of this unique community.
