Recent events in the market show social media’s influence in an unprecedented way.  It’s a bubble that some styled as a regular stock rally.  It’s been fueled by class anger, among other things. Will it ultimately create the “wealth transfer” away from Wall Street that many participants hope for?

What’s happening, and what’s going to happen?  What does it mean for finance or even macroeconomics going forward, will there be a lasting impact on the markets?
