Given the recent pandemic, the need for a reset, transition or optimization is vital for each of us. Whether you are dealing with professional transitions, personal challenges, or leadership goals, these meditation tools can facilitate the shift. This discussion will introduce a process of shifting the mind from rigid and repetitive to fluid and dynamic states.
