Dr Edward Teng is an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Neurology and Neurological Sciences and serves as a clinician at the Stanford Center for Memory Disorders. He also has a full-time position at Genentech as an Associate Medical Director in Early Clinical Development, where he focuses on developing new treatments for Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative diseases.

He obtained his MD and PhD in Neuroscience at UC San Diego. He was a faculty member in the Department of Neurology at UCLA and the West Los Angeles VA Medical Center where he practiced and worked on Alzheimer’s disease research.
