Anant Bhardwaj is the founder & CEO of Instabase. Prior to Instabase, he was a Ph.D. student in the Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) at MIT, co-advised by David Karger and Samuel Madden.

He received a M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University where he worked with Scott Klemmer, and Jeff Heer. His primary interest is in the areas of data management. His projects draw ideas from various fields such as databases, distributed systems, machine learning, and human-computer interaction.
