Amrita Saigal is the Founder & CEO of Kudos, a next-generation sustainable baby diaper company. Kudos diapers are the first disposable diapers to be lined with 100% natural cotton, instead of typical plastic-based materials. Cotton is clinically proven to be hypoallergenic and non-irritating to baby’s sensitive tush. The goal: ditch diaper rash for good! Her prior work experience spans manufacturing for Procter & Gamble’s Always pads and Gillette brands, to business development for Google Glass & Thunkable. Amrita graduated with an S.B. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
